Course Schedules

It’s important to know what classes are available each semester and see descriptions of the classes you are interested in taking. This is your one stop shop for all of that information. Follow the tabs at the top of the page to find the information you want.

The first document below will give Houston students the schedule for the most current registration period. The schedules are updated as new information becomes available. The other links below are documents from previous semesters, to help give you some idea of what may be offered in the corresponding future semester. Course schedule spreadsheets are offered as a search aid and are not intended to replace the official schedule on the website of the Office of the Registrar.

Approval numbers are required for some courses, which are indicated with a “Y” under the course number, and/or with a message, “Approval code required”, under the course name. The student must receive this number from the lead instructor before registration will be allowed. A link to the lead instructor’s email is provided by clicking on the name in the spreadsheet.

Course Syllabi

The course syllabi will give you a better understanding of the course objectives and demands.

To access course syllabi, click on the semester link next to the course department. All syllabi are in portable document file (.pdf) format.

General and specific requirements for degrees may be altered in successive catalogs or an addendum. A student is bound by the requirements of the catalog in force at the time of his/her admission or readmission; however, a student must complete all degree requirements within seven years or be subject to the degree requirements of the catalog in effect at the time of graduation.
