Scholarships

Types of Scholarships

There are two types of scholarships available to current and prospective students at The University of Texas School of Public Health – Endowed Scholarships and Annual Scholarships.

UTSPH scholarships are monetary awards based on criteria designated by the donor who created the scholarship. Endowed scholarships allow the UT School of Public Health to award money to students each year on an ongoing basis. These monetary awards may be issued in one total amount or throughout the academic year depending on the terms of the scholarship. The Scholarship Application opens on February 15 and is  due to the Office of Student Affairs March 15, 2014.

Additional scholarships are monetary awards based on criteria designated by the donor who created the scholarship. The money awarded through these scholarships is often a one-time donation given to assist a new or returning student. The scholarship may be awarded in one total amount or throughout the academic year depending on the terms of the scholarship.
