Crulcich Sarah

I was born in South Korea and grew up in Indiana near Chicago. My first career interest was in research and eating disorders when I studied Behavioral Neuroscience Psychology. After graduating, I took time to learn more about myself and my different passions before returning to school for a post-baccalaureate degree in Dietetics. Both of my degrees are from Purdue University (Boiler Up)! 

Learning about the socio-ecological model and the policy, systems, environment (PSE) approach in dietetics drew me into pursuing an MPH. I chose the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston for its rigorous combined MPH/Dietetic Internship program, its location in the world's largest medical center, and because I wanted to experience life in the country's most ethnically diverse city.
