Navigating APHA information session, Oct. 17 
The 2017 American Public Health Association (APHA) conference is just around the corner! This year's conference titled, "Creating the Healthiest Nation: Climate Changes Health," will be held in Atlanta, GA from Nov. 5-8.

The size and the number of sessions at the APHA annual meeting can be overwhelming especially for the first-time attendee.The Office of Academic Affairs and Student Services will host an information session on Tuesday, Oct. 17 from 12-1 p.m. in RAS building E-305. Catherine L. Troisi, Ph.D.., associate professor in the Department of Management, Policy and Community Health, will facilitate the session and provide helpful tips on successfully navigating the American Public Health Association (APHA) conference. Carly Specha, School of Public Health  alumna and former executive director of the student association, will also provide tips and strategies you can use before, during, and after the annual meeting.
