Five students selected for Archer Center internship

Five students from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health have been selected for The Archer Center Graduate Program in Public Policy, a summer internship program in Washington, D.C.

The program gives graduate students from The University of Texas System an opportunity to practice what they have learned through coursework, out-of-classroom learning and faculty mentorship. Archer Center Graduate Fellows spend 12 weeks interning in a Washington, D.C. organization of their choosing based on their own professional and academic goals and interests. They also take classes on the policy making process from UT System faculty members. Fellows earn nine credit hours for their experience.
