Catherine Troisi, PhD, MS, was featured in a KHOU-TV Channel 11 Verify segment which set the record straight on the MMR vaccine in the wake of five measles cases reported in the Greater Houston Area. Troisi was also quoted in the station's online story about coverage rates for the vaccine at schools in Texas.
She was also interviewed for KHOU-TV Channel 11 stories airing at 10 p.m. Wednesday and 5 a.m. Thursday about why the measles vaccine may not always be effective. The stories were in connection to reports that four of the five children in the Greater Houston area with suspected measles were vaccinated. Troisi was also quoted in the station's online story.

Gregory Knell, PhD, was quoted in a Houston Chronicle story about his research showing most teens aren't meeting national guidelines for sleep, physical activity, and screen time. Five blogs covered the story including Crosswalk.com. Knell was also interviewed by WebMD.
