Diana Guevara, a dietetic intern at the School of Public Health, was in the studios of Univision Houston Channel 45 yesterday to talk about how to avoid holiday weight gain

Shreela Sharma, Ph.D., R.D., was in the studios of FOX 26 News to share tips on how to avoid foodborne illness. Sharma also shared strategies with KPRC-TV Channel 2 on how to eat healthier this holiday season.

Paula Stigler-Granados, Ph.D., was interviewed by a reporter from the Dallas Morning News about her research on the health risks associated with bacteria in groundwater.

Catherine Troisi, Ph.D., wrote an op-ed for the Houston Chronicle about the importance of reauthorizing the Children's Health Insurance Program. She was also featured in the ASPPH news for having been elected to the APHA Executive Board.
