Jennifer Gonzalez, Ph.D., wrote a blog post for the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health about the importance of peer support for formerly incarcerated individuals.

Craig Hanis, Ph.D., was featured in the ASPPH news for receiving a $3.1 million grant to study how gut bacteria relates to diabetes.

James Langabeer, Ph.D., was interviewed on KTRH Radio about the promise of physician-patient checkups via telemedicine. He is a professor at UTHealth School of Biomedical Informatics and UTHealth School of Public Health.

In a review of information from the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard, the Houston Business Journal reported that among Greater Houston area universities, UTHealth alumni make the highest median salary 10 years after graduation.
