Robert J. “Safety Bob” Emery, PhD, was the keynote presenter speaking on Ethical Decision-Making Tools for Enhancing Organizational Safety Culture.

Janelle Rios, PhD, director of continuing education for SWCOEH, and Taylor Sutherland, SWCOEH program coordinator, provided technical support unveiling a new interactive audience response system at the forum. They embedded several polling questions into Emery’s presentation and used click devices to anonymously collect the answers to ethical dilemmas in real-time.  Real-time results were displayed to the audience.
