Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

2 lbs. Russet potatoes, washed and dried
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
salt and pepper, to taste

Equipment

Oven
Knife and cutting board
Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Large bowl
Mixing spoon

Directions

Step 1:  Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Slice washed and dried potatoes into thick wedges.
Step 3: In a large bowl, toss cut potatoes with olive oil and
spices. Spread onto prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 4: Roast for 30-35 minutes. Potatoes should be soft on
the inside and crisp on the outside. Turn the potatoes
halfway through the cooking time.
Serve immediately.
