Use 2 cups of cooked chickpeas (if using canned chickpeas, rinse and drain them first).
Season the Chickpeas:
In a bowl, combine the chickpeas with 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of turmeric or paprika powder.
Add ¼ teaspoon each of salt and pepper to taste.
Roast the Chickpeas:
Spread the seasoned chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet. Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes until crispy, shaking the tray halfway through for even cooking.
