What is the purpose of this tool?
This Facts & Tips Sheet provides information regarding different resources that may be helpful when planning the implementation of your evidence-based program. Strategies are discussed for building two key resources: funding and partnerships. It is a good idea to consider these resources as you conduct your needs assessment to help you plan ahead.
Who should receive this tool?
This information is useful for district administrators and anyone else involved in assessing the needs and resources of the district and in planning for program implementation. This may include: district wellness coordinators, curriculum coordinators, SHAC members, principals, and other school leaders.
