What is the purpose of this tool?
The Stakeholder Analysis template will help you become more familiar with the stakeholders that may or may not support your efforts. This template should be completed before you begin meeting with these individuals as it will help prepare you.
Who should complete this template?
This template may be completed by an individual or a team of individuals in the district who are familiar with relevant stakeholders. District staff to consider being involved in completing this template include:
- District wellness coordinators
- Curriculum coordinators
- SHAC members
- Superintendent
- School board members
How long will it take to complete this template?
Completion time can be a few hours to one day depending on who is completing the assessment and their familiarity with the stakeholders.
What resources are needed to complete the template?
Knowledge of stakeholders in the district.
