Cities are considered hubs for economic activity and for human development. It is estimated that by 2050, 68% of the global population will live in cities. As such, understanding and leveraging the influence of urban policy and design on our health, and on our planet's sustainability, is a key global public health priority. ?This webinar will provide an overview of the evidence linking urban form and policy to physical activity and health-related outcomes, and will introduce the audience to the development and application of a first-generation of indicators to assess the degree to which cities across the globe are promotive of health and sustainability.Event Site Link
