Handshake is a career development platform used by UTHealth Houston School of Public Health to connect students and alumni with job and experiential opportunities. It allows employers, including those within UTHealth Houston and external, to post positions like practicums, fellowships, and assistantships. To get started with Handshake, students and alumni can access it through the mySPH portal or through dedicated events like Welcome Week events.
