What is the purpose of this tool?
This Facts & Tips Sheet will provide you with solutions to common issues encountered when preparing to implement an evidence-based program. It is a good idea to review this document prior to starting the implementation process so you have a good idea of how to handle common barriers. Don’t forget to visit the PREPARE Success Stories and Discussion Board as well for more ideas on how to prepare for implementation from others who have gone through this step already.
Who should receive this tool?
This document should be printed and distributed to stakeholders who will be a part of the preparation process for program implementation. These might include: district wellness coordinators, curriculum coordinators, SHAC members, principals, and program facilitators/teachers.
