Sleep is essential for the developing brain. This webinar will explore how sleep supports memory, learning, emotional functioning, and neurodevelopment across childhood and adolescence. Drawing from developmental science and public health research, participants will learn how insufficient or disrupted sleep can shape developmental trajectories and identify practical strategies to support healthy sleep during critical periods of growth.
