Event Description

This session will focus on the strategies and tactics of the Transportation, Land Use and Community Design Sector. We will discuss the importance of walking and bicycling for transportation as a part of the National Physical Activity Plan and examine strategies for creating safe opportunities for all. Specifically, we'll address planning, laws/legislation, funding, data and programming for supporting active transportation.
