About
Dr. He received her Ph.D. in bioinformatics and genomics from Harvard University in 2022, and finished her postdoctoral training at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard before joining the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health as an Assistant Professor. Dr. He is interested in statistical genetics, genomics, and gene-environment interactions. Work in Dr. He's lab involves developing and applying statistical and machine-learning methods to better understand the mechanisms of disease manifestation and identify drivers of disease heterogeneity.
