What is the purpose of this tool?
This Facts & Tips Sheet provides users with recommendations on which tools to use to gather information for identifying successes and challenges throughout the program. Guidance is also provided to aid users in determining key questions to consider when preparing a report and common ways to disseminate results from the data gathered.
Who should receive this tool?
SHAC members; principals, program facilitators/teachers, school coordinators/liaisons and other district personnel who may be involved in gathering, preparing, and presenting information on the evidence-based program’s implementation progress.
