Adolescent Vaccination Program Implementation Tool (AVP-IT) - An online tool to help pediatric clinics adopt, implement, and maintain the Adolescent Vaccination Program, an evidence-based, multi-component program to increase HPV vaccination rates. Salud en Mis Manos - A breast and cervical cancer prevention program across 31 counties in the Texas Gulf Coast. This community health worker (CHW) delivered program is designed for Latinas 18 years and older and includes a class and follow-up health coach navigation calls.
