Dr. Eunyoung Kang is an Assistant Professor at the UTHealth Houston Institute for Implementation Science in the Department of Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston). She earned her PhD in Rehabilitation and Participation Science from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed her postdoctoral training at the UTHealth Houston Institute for Implementation Science. Dr. Kang is an implementation scientist whose work focuses on the adaptation of evidence-based interventions for cancer and chronic disease prevention and control, as well as the design and tailoring of implementation strategies to enhance the implementation and sustainment of these interventions in community and clinical practice settings.
