Nutrition Interventions to Promote Brain Health.
Project Overview
Stroke survivors often struggle with uncontrolled hypertension and limited access to healthy foods, making diet- and technology-based interventions critical for reducing recurrent stroke risk. This project will refine and pilot a Food is Medicine program integrated with remote blood pressure monitoring to support better blood pressure control and prepare for a future large-scale clinical trial.
