Since 1949, Mental Health Awareness month has been observed across the United States. Mental well-being is fundamental for individuals, families, and communities to thrive. As we navigate different life stages, the ways we manage maintaining positive mental well-being changes, requiring us to actively engage and adapt to our needs and those of society. In this webinar, hosted by UTHealth Houston School of Public Health in Austin, you will hear from Dr. Roshni Koli, Chief Medical Officer with Meadows Mental Health Institute, and Michelle Rawcliffe, MPH, Curriculum & Content Manager with CATCH Global Foundation.
