I am Professor in the Implementation Science Institute and Department of Management, Policy, and Community Health, UTHealth School of Public Health. I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Health Services Researcher. I am a mixed methodologist with particular interest in longitudinal quantitative and qualitative approaches. My expertise is in designing implementation approaches and evaluation strategies that are informed by healthcare organization theories. My research has focused on integration of health care such as integration of mental health care within primary care practices, and integration of medical-mental health-substance use care for people experiencing homelessness as well as implementation of evidence-based prevention interventions.
