2015 HEAL: Replication of Centro San Vicente’s (CSV) Model Development and System Changes for HEAL in a Clinic Setting program

This is a systems-change grant where dieticians work with pediatric patients who struggle with overweight/obesity, so it isn’t focused on health outcomes. Texas Tech is also involved in the 2015 grant cycle, with CSV, working with them to set up a pediatric weight management clinic at Tech. The students and residents from the PLFSOM do rotations and residencies there and are being trained in the new workflows. This was part of the CSV grant.
