How implementation leaders contribute to program success

This session will cover implementation champions in schools, districts, and health care provider organizations, including how to identify and train them, and how central champions are to a program’s success. Hear from past and current All for Them champions on how they successfully implemented the program in their communities, including tips and advice for future champions like you.

Enhancing messaging reach through proper utilization and expansion

Learn how others are identifying and leveraging their existing communication channels to increase the reach of messaging to families in their communities. We will explore using and expanding your communication infrastructure, maximizing various platforms to their fullest potential, and effectively framing messages.
