Our school's research centers have a long history of working with communities to create the tools, programs and information that lead to healthier lives. The school is home to 17 research centers spanning a wide range of research interests, and over 20 research labs led by faculty. Students are encouraged to engage with research opportunities based on their interests, academic and career aspirations.

Conducting research to develop, evaluate and disseminate health promotion and disease prevention programs in diverse settings and populations.

Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living

Advancing health and healthy living for children and families through cutting-edge research, innovative community-based programs, and dissemination of evidence-based practices.

Center for Community Health Impact

Working to coordinate, connect, support, and increase the success of Healthy Eating, Active Living (HEAL) initiatives at all levels of the social ecological environment.

We offer a supportive and thriving research culture, including many grant-funded projects and high-profile collaborations with other health and community organizations.
