The goal of Health of Texas Horizon is to develop solutions for emerging health needs. Health of Texas Horizon will do this by leveraging findings from Health of Texas Community and Health of Texas Data to steer the focus of future projects.
The Health of Texas team looks forward to seeing the big picture when it comes to health needs in Texas. With that understanding, we can identify health topics that need more attention across the state and guide potential actions to address these topics. Health of Texas began as a partnership between UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and DSHS. In the future, Health of Texas Horizon may include other sponsors and partners. We will share any new components and sponsorships.
