Overview
The Southwest Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (SWCOEH) supports continuing education (CE) activities that leverage the abundant academic and research resources and our commitment to education, research, and service in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders. The goal of the CE program is to support professional development on core and related disciplines by connecting research to practice to promote and protect the health, safety, and well-being of workers and their communities.
Our CE program complements the academic programs in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Epidemiology, Occupational Medicine, and Total Worker Health, and designs courses that meet the needs of the practitioners in occupational and environmental health. Since 1977, the SWCOEH has provided continuing education courses on current and emerging occupational and environmental health issues to serve the needs of practitioners.
