Marinating Seasoning

Serving Size

4 servings of meat, poultry or vegetables (roughly 1-1.5 pounds of food)

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Use the seasoning to marinate your preferred meat or poultry, but can also be used on vegetables.

For best results, let it marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking or overnight in the fridge.
