Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, and balsamic vinegar. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add the tahini, lemon juice, and maple syrup or honey to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to create a smooth consistency.
- Stir in the minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings if needed.
- Serve over your favorite salad or use as a dip for vegetables.
