Sesame Dressing

About 4 - 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, and balsamic vinegar. Whisk together until well blended.
  2. Add the tahini, lemon juice, and maple syrup or honey to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to create a smooth consistency.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings if needed.
  5. Serve over your favorite salad or use as a dip for vegetables.
