Turkey Burger

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 large egg
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano or ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon minced fresh thyme or ? teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon canola oi
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients except the canola oil.
- Shape into patties. Patties should be packed tightly, but try not to overwork the mixture.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
- Add the patties and cook until just done, turning once while cooking. Cook about 4 minutes per side for medium-well.
