Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric or paprika powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Prepare the Chickpeas:
- Use 2 cups of cooked chickpeas (if using canned chickpeas, rinse and drain them first).

Season the Chickpeas:
- In a bowl, combine the chickpeas with 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of turmeric or paprika powder.
- Add ¼ teaspoon each of salt and pepper to taste.

Roast the Chickpeas:
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet. Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes until crispy, shaking the tray halfway through for even cooking.
