Mind, Exercise, Nutrition…Do it! (M.E.N.D.) is a free lifestyle program designed to help families learn about healthy food choices and physical activity in order to reach and maintain a healthy weight.
M.E.N.D. is designed for children ages 6 to 13 years and parents and siblings are encouraged to participate. The program takes place over the course of 10 weeks with families meeting twice a week for two hours. These sessions include fun exercise activities.
During the program participants learn:
Participants receive a free t-shirt, water bottle, bag, and free handouts full of tips for the whole family.

This class will be given at:
Raul Yzaguirre School of Success
Parents and children will:
• How to cook tasty food on a budget.
• What are the right portion sizes for their family.
• How much fat and sugar is in our food
• And much, much more!
