COVID-19

At the Southwest Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (SWCOEH) we extend our support to all workers, businesses and communities affected by the global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Our bilingual SWCOEH COVID-19 Resources Website provides research, response and training resources, and other materials.

Since March 2020, faculty, staff and students have provided near 6,600 hours of COVID-19 outreach and training to a professionals and organizations across federal Public Health Region 6 and the U.S, on keeping workers and customers safe, returning to work, or use of personal protective equipment. The SWCOEH has also provided numerous consultations to work organizations and news interviews.

As we go forward, we will be sure to keep you updated and connected to occupational safety and health resources and subject matter experts, and know that we always value your questions, ideas and feedback. Please contact us at [email protected] to stay in touch or to be connected to resources.
