HEALTH OF TEXAS COMMUNITY

A Texas-sized total health program

Something big is here: Welcome to Health of Texas!

PART OF THE COMMUNITY

Health of Texas Community is the next phase of Texas CARES. Texas CARES contributed to important understandings of COVID-19’s impact on Texas families and communities. Health of Texas will go beyond, seeking to understand the state of health, chronic disease, and health-related needs for Texans.

The Health of Texas team is inviting Texas CARES participants who have completed at least one survey to form Health of Texas Community. We are not enrolling new participants at this time. As a Texas-sized total health program, this community will work together to provide insights into the health impacts affecting Texas families the most.
