When you’re ready to use claims data or any of our services for your next project, we welcome you to get started by submitting a request for data or CHCD services. Our team carefully reviews every submission. Please allow at least 15 business days for our response.
If you plan to include CHCD in a grant proposal, these requests must be routed through the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and may require additional time for internal review.
