Stir-Fry Ramen with Vegetables

Ingredients

Stir-Fry Ramen with Vegetables:

  • Onion, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Green bell pepper, sliced
  • Red bell pepper, sliced
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Noodles (ramen)
  • Oil (for cooking)
  • Celery, chopped
  • Butternut squash, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lean pork fillet, sliced

Sweet & Savory Sesame Dressing:

  • Garlic, minced
  • Tamari sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Honey
  • Lime juice
  • Vinegar Sweet & Savory

Directions

Cooking:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the green and red bell peppers, carrots, celery, and butternut squash. Stir-fry until tender.
  3. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then add them to the vegetable mix.
  4. Incorporate the sliced pork fillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. For the dressing, mix garlic, tamari sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, and vinegar in a bowl.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the stir-fry, mix well, and serve hot.
