Event Description
Join us for a powerful talk by Dr. Muoi Trinh, a national leader in healthcare sustainability, as she shares how Mount Sinai Health System eliminated high-impact anesthetic gases like desflurane, dramatically reduced nitrous oxide usage, and is now leading bold decarbonization efforts. These initiatives contributed to Mount Sinai receiving multiple 2024 Practice Greenhealth Awards.
This event offers practical insights for anyone in clinical care, public health, sustainability, or policy and shows how healthcare systems can drive real progress on climate responsibility and health equity.
Bonus Opportunity: Students, faculty, and staff are invited to a pre-talk networking session with Dr. Trinh for an informal conversation and Q&A.
Pizza will be provided!
