Mobile Market Interview Report 2019

6/27/19 - Access to healthy food is seen as a key determinant for addressing food insecurity. One innovative strategy to improving access to healthy food is by strategically placing mobile markets in under-served communities. The UTHealth School of Public Health team conducted qualitative interviews with groups implementing mobile markets to better understand how they conduct their operations, marketing, community feedback, and evaluation.
