Sarah Valencia is a Statistician for the project “The effect of e-cigarette and hookah use on the age of asthma onset in the USA.”

She is finishing her last year at UTHealth Houston School of Public Health where she is pursuing a Master’s in Science in Biostatistics and a Minor in Epidemiology. Prior to starting at UTSPH, she was a laboratory assistant in the department of Biochemistry and Chemistry in Texas State University.

In her free time, she enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, playing guitar, going to dog parks, and traveling.
