Rachel Linton is a graduate of UT Austin where she studied Biology and Sociology with a focus on Social Inequality, Health and Policy. Rachel joined the Center in 2015 and has grown in her role on the administrative team to her recently acquired position as Administrative Coordinator.
Rachel is responsible for a variety of tasks providing administrative support to faculty, staff and students at the Center including managing staff badges, parking coordination, hiring and human resource–related tasks, procurement cards, account reconciliation, new employee orientation, and personnel requests.
Rachel thoroughly enjoys all of the wonderful places and activities that Austin has to offer and spends as much time outdoors as possible. When not working or outdoors, you can find Rachel cooking or baking, spending time with her dogs, Sancho and Lola, or scoping out quirky vintage treasures around Austin.
