That’s why Shannon Weston, MPH, RD, nutritionist supervisor at the Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health, is giving advice on how to cut back on calories without compromising on taste.
