Christina received her B.S degree in Neuroscience and Sociology from The Ohio State University. After her bachelor's degree, she completed a year of service for AmeriCorps-City Year in San Antonio, TX. She then went on to receive her M.S degree in Biological Sciences: Health Sciences from Central Connecticut State University.
Christina joined the Center as a research coordinator for NIH-funded project VAMoS. The study focuses on vaping, acculturation, and media use among Mexican American college students in South Texas.
In her free time, Christina enjoys volunteering, reading, exercising, cooking, and solving puzzles.
