Harold Flenoy II
Senior Administrative Manager
Harold E. Flenoy, II, is the Senior Administrative Manager for the Austin Regional Campus and the Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living of the University Of Texas School Of Public Health. In this role, he manages a team of administrators that provide research support to faculty members and their project staff. He is responsible for the fiscal and administrative management of the campus and Center while providing support while the administrative staff keeps each department in compliance with the university guidelines.
Additionally, Mr. Flenoy is a graduate of the oldest institution of higher learning in Austin, Huston-Tillotson University (HTU). During his educational matriculation at HTU, he was initiated into Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated and remains actively involved with Austin’s local alumni chapter. As a 29 year member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Mr. Flenoy serves as an associate minster giving leadership in various capacities.
Mr. Flenoy is an Austin native. He and his wife Stacie have 2 children, Haley and Harold, III.
