Marsela (Marsie) Molina has served in an administrative capacity for the Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living at the University of Texas School of Public Health since 2013, and has specific expertise in how to process project and financial requests within the UT system. She provides daily support to the Directors, Executive Committee and other investigators.

She was born and raised in San Antonio, TX and graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in History and a minor in Nonprofit Management.

The overall goal of the Tobacco Center of Regulatory Science (TCORS) on Youth and Young Adults is to develop an integrated program of research and training to provide scientific evidence, and a career path for regulatory scientists, to support U.S. tobacco regulation.
