Kathleen Manuel, MPH
Research Assistant II
Kathleen Manuel is the Center Research Assistant. Kathleen provides research and administrative coordination for the Center and the many new projects and initiatives related to the 2018-2022 Center scope of work. Kathleen works closely with the Center operations team and Center leadership to continue to increase productivity among Center internal research activities and external community partnerships.
During her time at UTHealth, Kathleen worked as the Support Assistant for Academic Affairs in Austin from 2016-2019. Kathleen received an MPH in Epidemiology at UTHealth School of Public Health in Austin. She graduated with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences where she specialized her studies in Early Childhood from The University of Texas in Austin in 2016. Her public health interests include geriatrics, women’s health and physical activity.
During her free time, Kathleen likes to do Reform Pilates, watch Houston sport teams, attend music concerts, and travel as much as she can.
