All for Them Texas
All for Them Texas is a project of the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health with the goal of developing and testing Implementing All for Them, a multifaceted strategy that supports the dissemination and implementation of the All for Them program among schools, school districts, and healthcare providers across Texas. All for Them is a multilevel, multicomponent school-based strategy developed previously at the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health, designed to increase adolescent vaccination uptake in diverse communities, in particular HPV vaccination.
Implementing All for Them provides guidance for schools and healthcare providers on creating partnerships to successfully implement All for Them in their communities. The strategy includes three components: training, an implementation guide and toolkit, and technical assistance in the form of an implementation learning community. The first component is a blended-approach training, comprising a synchronous (live) training session and asynchronous (on-demand) video modules. The training orients users to the All for Them approach and to the website to effectively utilize the toolkit to implement and evaluate All for Them in their school district or community. The second component is the implementation guide and toolkit, which contains step-by-step guidance and a multitude of tools to help users facilitate adoption and implementation of All for Them in their organization, as well as tips for collaborating with partners. Lastly, a four-part implementation learning community session series establishes a learning collaborative among program users to plan for anticipated implementation barriers, learn lessons from others, and brainstorm solutions.
Implementing All for Them is being pilot-tested in Spring 2025 among school districts and health care provider systems across Texas. Website: www.allforthemtexas.org
