CATCH Summertime MVP Calendars For Kids

Encourage your child to be a CATCH (Coordinated Approach To Child Health) MVP-someone who: Moves and stays active, Values healthy eating, and Practices healthy habits! The calendars include 3 months worth of healthy activities to last all summer long. The activities include encouraging kids to help cook a healthy dinner, using their imagination to create their own obstacle course, and challenging them to drink more water and milk.
Start the calendar on the first Sunday of the summer and work your way through each day! You can provide positive reinforcement by marking completed activities with fun stickers. Place the calendar somewhere visible so your little one(s) can see their progress throughout the summer.
